Bearings(2) are sold seperate.  Bearings  can be added to your order, please call or email your interest. Bearings are shipped with head but you will need to install them when you install head on your Delta.  They have to be off to accomodate assembly, otherwise we would put them on at no charge.  Its not a big deal, you can do it.  If you are in the midatlantic, we have a service tech who installs our Byrd Journal heads (based on mileage and labor, costs vary).

I installed this cutter head on my Delta 37-315 jointer. The difference is amazing. Installation wasn't too bad. I used an arbor press to install the bearings. The biggest problem I had was the keyway slot in the head was ~0.177" wide. The old cutter head (and pulleys) had a 3/16" keyway. 10-15 minutes with some emery paper and I got the old key to fit. I was nervous about spending this much on a cutter head for an old jointer, but I am very happy with the results.
