• we thoroughly clean the tool using special chemicals.
• inspect tool for excessive wear or damage 
• sharpen all edges as needed using Diamond on Carbide and Borazon/CBN wheels on HSS Jonalloy etc.  so when it arrives, it is in ready to produce condition
• check for balance, balance as needed 
• recoat as needed, featuring paints from Dupont and Basf Urethane Lines
• black oxide surface as needed
• generate a Cad File for future service, moulding knife work and records.
